Customer Credit & Payment Terms Agreement

All goods supplied remain Company property until FULL payment is made.
Payment MUST be made on or before the agreed due date on invoice/delivery note.
Late payment may lead to immediate suspension of supply.
Outstanding debts after 14 days may be escalated legally, with recovery costs charged to the customer.
A valid bank reference letter MUST be attached before any credit is approved.
These terms apply to all future transactions.

Important: Maximum credit limit is ₦2,000,000. Credit approval is subject to verification of provided documents and credit history.
