4. Orders and Payments
Order Placement
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products at listed prices. We confirm acceptance via email or SMS, and a binding contract is formed upon confirmation.

- Delivery fees and offloading charges are additional

Payment

- We accept debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers

- Failed payments may result in order cancellation
Refunds and Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
- Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
5. Delivery
Delivery Areas
We deliver to Ibadan and surrounding areas in Oyo State, Nigeria.
Delivery Scheduling
- Choose delivery date (minimum 24 hours in advance)
- Select time slot (morning, afternoon, evening)
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Delivery Fees
- Calculated based on distance and order size
- Offloading services: ₦40 per cement bag
- Displayed during checkout before payment
Delivery Responsibilities
- Ensure someone is present to receive delivery
- Inspect products upon delivery
- Report damages or discrepancies immediately
- Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
6. Product Information
Accuracy
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that:
- Product descriptions are error-free
- Images perfectly represent products
- Stock availability is real-time
Product Quality
- We sell authentic Dangote cement and certified Mufasa bricks
- Products meet Nigerian building standards
- Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Provide false or misleading information
- Interfere with the Service's operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Harass or abuse our staff
